DFA/Kemps is seeking skilled Cheese Operators in Iowa to batch and process product families while adhering to GMP and safety standards. The role emphasizes producing high-quality products, maintaining sanitation, and effective cross-department communication to meet daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with cheese making equipment and provide quality inspections.
• Test, monitor, and batch products per procedures.
• Ensure curd is aged and processed to protect freshness and texture.
• Communicate with departments to maintain production efficiency.
• Ensure paperwork is clear, legible, and accurate.
