Guggisberg Cheese, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a full-time Production Associate to operate automated cheese production lines, perform quality checks, and monitor process variables to ensure product consistency.

You will work on either 2nd or 3rd shift at our Sugarcreek facility, starting at $18.00 per hour with a benefits package including 401(k) with match, health, dental, and vision insurance, an HSA, life insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.

Competenze

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Basic math, reading, and calculator skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Mansioni

• Operate and control automated cheese production lines using HMI systems.
• Perform and document quality checks and pre-operation procedures.
• Monitor product flow, temperature, and equipment performance for consistency.
• Conduct sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Identify, report, and communicate deviations from quality or safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.
