Job summary

Saputo Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator in Franklin, WI to set-up, operate and maintain lines across multiple departments, ensuring high quality products run smoothly and safely. You will follow instructions, work with others, and maintain required records and reports throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and committed to GMP, HACCP, SSOP and food safety while supporting Saputo's goals in North America.

Qualifications

• Ability to push, pull, and lift 20–100 pounds.
• Knowledge of production and plant processes.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and productivity of the line while maintaining equipment efficiency.
• Adjust, repair and change over equipment as needed to insure proper operation.
• Maintain records and documentation neatly and legibly.
• Operate metal detectors and complete required paperwork.
• Perform quality checks and report issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain sanitary conditions of equipment and the facility.
• Enter data on production reports.
• Adhere to GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP and H&S policies.
