Job summary

Agropur is seeking a night shift operator to manage brine room controls, PLC operation, and CIP processes. You will fill brine cages, log vat data, and ensure equipment readiness for production while maintaining accurate records of pH and process steps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to read and follow documents (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, HACCP).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Understand brine room controls, PLC operation, and CIP.
• Fill brine cages with cheese and log each vat.
• Ensure pipes and fittings are connected and equipment ready for production.
• Check cheese recipe selection and record pH as required.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform CIP daily.
• Rinse and wash floors; manage scrap and parts as needed.
