Job summary

Darigold, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Massman Operator to support safe, quality-focused cheese packaging operations on a full-time on-site schedule. You will operate and monitor equipment, perform quality checks, maintain sanitation, and complete production documentation as part of a team.

Schedule: Sundays–Tuesdays 6:00pm–6:30am and Wednesdays 6:00pm–12:00am. Prior GMP and food safety adherence, plus forklift-capable skills, are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with strong commitment to quality and food safety.
• Ability to learn the position within ~4 weeks.
• Working knowledge of sanitation practices and GMPs.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Reliable attendance and performance record.
• Forklift operation ability may be required per site policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
• Perform and document routine quality checks; respond to out-of-spec results and take corrective actions.
• Maintain sanitation standards and GMP compliance; use cleaning chemicals per procedures.
• Complete production, quality, and safety documentation accurately and on time.
• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack as assigned and follow safety rules.
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream operators to maintain product flow and minimize downtime.
• Follow lockout/tagout and report hazards, near misses, or injuries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
