Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Cheese Packaging Operator in Minnesota to seal and bag cheese products to meet quality standards. You will monitor packaging lines, weigh cheese, and ensure correct packaging specifications in a fast-paced production environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and sanitation schedules.
• Proficient in basic computer documentation.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place packing materials on packaging equipment and monitor cheese dispense.
• Weigh cheese product for proper specifications and seal the package.
• Follow SOPs and sanitation schedules; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect packaging and conduct quality checks; provide samples for lab testing.
• Document information legibly onto production and sanitation logs.
