Job description

Nfinity Athletic | Atlanta, Georgia | Full-Time
About the Role

Nfinity Athletic is seeking a Scholastic Cheer Coordinator to grow our business and relationships across high school, middle school, recreational, and related collegiate cheer programs.

This is not an administrative coordinator role. It is a customer-facing, revenue-producing position responsible for building relationships, developing new business, growing existing accounts, supporting scholastic events, and representing Nfinity throughout the cheer community.

The Coordinator will work directly with coaches, schools, athletic departments, associations, and industry partners while helping connect customers across Nfinity's full offering, including uniforms, apparel, footwear, events, camps, combines, and other programs.

Success in this position is measured by growth, relationships, pipeline development, execution, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Grow the Scholastic Business

Develop new school and coach relationships while expanding Nfinity's business with existing customers.

The Coordinator will prospect new programs, meet directly with coaches and decision-makers, reengage inactive accounts, identify competitive opportunities, and maintain consistent follow-up.

The expectation is to actively create business rather than wait for opportunities to come in.

Sell Across the Nfinity Business

Identify opportunities for uniforms, apparel, shoes, bags, events, camps, combines, and other Nfinity programs.

The Coordinator should understand the complete customer relationship. A team attending a Nfinity event may also have product needs, and a uniform customer may also be a strong candidate for events, camps, or other programs.

The role remains involved from the first conversation through quote, decision, registration, order, or clear handoff to another department.

Grow Scholastic Events

Recruit teams and build relationships around Nfinity's scholastic competitions and events.

This includes developing targeted prospects, speaking directly with coaches, tracking teams through the registration process, following up with undecided programs, and helping convert first-time customers into repeat participants.

The Coordinator may also assist with event execution, coach communication, customer service, and post-event follow-up.

Represent Nfinity in the Market

Travel to schools, conferences, competitions, clinics, combines, association meetings, and other industry events.

Travel is expected to produce business outcomes. The Coordinator should know who they intend to meet, what opportunities they are pursuing, and what follow-up is required afterward.

The role should continually develop an understanding of important programs, coaches, competitors, buying cycles, market changes, and emerging opportunities.

Build Strategic Relationships

Develop relationships with school programs, associations, collegiate programs, and other organizations that can expand Nfinity's position in scholastic cheer.

The Coordinator should recognize opportunities that go beyond an individual sale, including partnerships, sponsorships, events, camps, combines, and broader school or association relationships.

Manage the Pipeline

Salesforce is Nfinity's system of record.

The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate customer information, opportunities, revenue potential, next steps, decision dates, and follow-up activity.

Leadership should be able to clearly see what is expected to close, what is stalled, what has been lost, and what actions are required across the next 30, 60, and 90 days.

Work Across the Organization

The role works closely with Brand, Sales, Creative, Events, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service.

The Coordinator is responsible for bringing complete information into internal handoffs and remaining involved until the customer's opportunity has been successfully transferred or completed.

Making an introduction or forwarding an email does not end ownership of the customer opportunity.

Performance Expectations

Performance will be measured primarily through business results.

The Coordinator is expected to consistently develop new school relationships, conduct meaningful coach and buyer meetings, create qualified product and event opportunities, maintain an active pipeline, follow up promptly, keep Salesforce current, and contribute measurable revenue growth.

Specific goals will vary by season and company priorities, but the standard is straightforward: customer activity should produce opportunities, registrations, orders, partnerships, and revenue.

What We Are Looking For

The strongest candidates will understand cheerleading, scholastic athletics, team sales, events, or a related sports environment.

We are looking for someone who can build relationships naturally but is also comfortable prospecting, selling, asking for business, following up, and holding themselves accountable for results.

Experience with coaches, schools, team apparel, uniforms, competitions, athletic programs, or cheer organizations is preferred.

The role requires strong organization, written and verbal communication, CRM discipline, independent follow-through, frequent travel, and some weekend availability during competition season.

Existing relationships within the scholastic cheer community are valuable, but relationships alone are not enough. The successful candidate must be able to turn those relationships into measurable business.

What Success Looks Like

Success means Nfinity has more school customers, stronger coach relationships, increased product sales, more teams attending Nfinity events, deeper association and collegiate relationships, and a visible pipeline of future business.

The Scholastic Cheer Coordinator is expected to help grow Nfinity's scholastic business, not simply maintain it.
