Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) seeks an enthusiastic Cheerleading Coach to support Promise Academy Athletics. The coach will develop a high-quality cheerleading program, provide effective leadership, and foster self-confidence in a safe and educational environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or better preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute the cheerleading curriculum
• Create a program including choreography, cheers, stunts, and gymnastics
• Prepare routines for games, competitions, and events
• Monitor student progress and collaborate with colleagues
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
• Act as a positive role model
• Work Monday - Friday, 3 pm to 7 pm, and Saturdays as requested
