Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience is required and must support all levels in the program.
• Ability to work with parents and Booster Club and communicate effectively.
• Organized and flexible, able to follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Lead an athletic program for sustained participation and success.
• Works with Athletic Department to assure all games, officials, and transportation is scheduled.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment for the entire program.
• Plan for the seasonal student-athlete recognition.
• Distribute and collect uniforms and equipment.
• Participates in a mandatory preseason parent meeting and head coaching minutes.
• Engages in personal professional development activities.
