Lakeville Cheerleading is looking for a Tumbling Instructor to inspire young athletes and help them develop their skills in a positive, safe, and fun environment.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and develop the overall tumbling skills program.
- Teach proper technique for tumbling skills:
- Basic: cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls
- Intermediate: back walkovers, roundoffs, bridge kickovers, introduction to back handsprings
- Advanced: back handsprings, roundoff + skill, back tucks, layouts
- Lead warm‑ups for beginner levels and assist with advanced warm‑ups.
- Participate in staff training as needed.
- Follow all policies and procedures, including submitting injury reports.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in gymnastics, tumbling, and/or cheer (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to stay focused, engaged, and provide a positive learning environment.
Schedule
- 4‑6 hours per week (hours to be determined).
