Job summary

i9 Sports in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Instructor to enforce game rules, foster a positive culture on the field, and coach players during every game day. This role drives engagement among players, coaches, and spectators while promoting the program’s values of fun and safety.

The Instructor acts as on-field coach, leading by example and upholding program standards, with a focus on creating a welcoming, energetic, and safe environment for youth athletes and families.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks).
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Job Summary

The

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
