Job summary

i9 Sports - Huntsville, AL is seeking an Instructor to guide youth sports programs across the season. You will enforce rules, coach on-field, and foster a fun, safe environment for players, families, and coaches.

Responsibilities include teaching sport fundamentals, leading sideline cheers, and delivering positive customer service while upholding program standards throughout each game day.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage safety and take charge in any situation.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings (~7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Teach & demonstrate core concepts of the sport including Sportsmanship values
• Perform sideline cheers and a final performance during the program
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Job Summary

The Instructor is a critical role on any sports field; responsible for enforcing rules while also cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-field coach, and advocating for the programs. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each and every game day.
