Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. in Bristow, VA seeks energetic After-School Cheer/Dance Coaches to teach elementary students in structured enrichment programs across Prince William County.

This part-time, after-school role runs Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM with 1.5-hour sessions, paid at $45 per session ($30/hour). Curriculum and equipment are provided, no lesson planning required, and coaching offers growth opportunities within BBA Afterschool.

Qualifications

• Experience participating in or teaching Cheer/Dance, gymnastics, or a related activity is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with children in grades K through 5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Alexandria
• Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process

Responsibilities

• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans

• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary-aged students in fun, structured enrichment programs throughout Prince William County, VA.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students interested in education, coaching, youth development, kinesiology, exercise science, recreation, dance, or physical education. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive, active learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.

We are currently hiring coaches to teach Cheer and Dance programs.

Part-time, after-school position

Monday through Friday

Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

1.5-hour sessions

$45 per session ($30 per hour)

No lesson planning required
