Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (which meets or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location).

• Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
