Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on state requirements).
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Scan items, bag groceries, and answer customer questions to ensure a positive checkout experience.
• Handle transactions accurately (cash, card, and digital payments) and balance the checkout area.
• Keep the front-end area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Assist with collecting carts, restocking supplies, and general front-end upkeep.
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow in a fast-paced environment.
