Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Austin, TX. You will verify inbound/outbound inventory, count loads at check-in/check-out, maintain records, and enter data on handheld devices. Visual inspections of vehicles are required.

A high school diploma or GED is required; associate’s degree is preferred, with 1+ years of related experience. Starting pay ranges from $18.76 to $22.60 per hour, based on experience, with additional earning opportunities including bonuses

Qualifications

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.76 to $22.60 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for verifying both inbound and outbound inventory matches.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure load accuracy at check in and check out by physically counting.
• Maintain required records.
• Enter inventory data in handheld.
• Visually inspect all incoming and outgoing vehicles (including climbing onto trucks and manually opening bay doors).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of general work experience required.
• Prior warehouse/inventory/auditing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
