Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in McAllen, TX is seeking an inventory/logistics associate to verify inbound and outbound inventory and maintain accuracy. The role involves counting, recording, and data entry, with physical inspection of vehicles and loading areas across multiple shifts.

Shifts include 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, and 7:00 PM–3:30 AM. Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $22.60 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of general work experience required.
• Prior warehouse/inventory/auditing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Count items to ensure load accuracy at check in and check out.

Flex / Covering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

7:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $22.60 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Ensure load accuracy at check in and check out by physically counting.
• Maintain required records.
• Enter inventory data in handheld.
• Visually inspect all incoming and outgoing vehicles (including climbing onto trucks and manually opening bay doors).
