McLane Company, Inc. in Longmont is hiring a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV to join our experienced team. You will load and secure products, ensure quality control, and use powered equipment as needed in a safety-focused environment.

The role is full-time with the 1st day shift. Competitive hourly pay ($24.25–$29.25), benefits after 60 days, vacation and holidays, 401(k) with profit sharing, and opportunities for advancement in a company with 130+ years of history across industries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• English reading/writing sufficient for task performance and safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
• Operate powered equipment as required.
• Maintain quality control for Non conveyable products prior to loading.
• Report any product integrity concerns to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Pay Rate: $24.25 to $29.25 per hour.
• Monday- Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
• Job duties will be completed by hand or by use of powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for Non conveyable products prior to loading.
• Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.

Qualifications You’ll Bring As a Warehouse Teammate

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
