Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Findlay OH is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV for our Cooler/Freezer department. Load and secure products using hand or powered equipment, while maintaining quality control prior to loading.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, vacation, sick leave, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform tasks.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
• Job duties may be performed by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products prior to loading.
• Report concerns about product integrity to a supervisor.
• Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour.
• This position is located in our COOLER/FREEZER department.
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

What you'll do as a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV:

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.

• Maintain quality control for Non conveyable products prior to loading.
• Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
• Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
