Position: Shipping Associate

Starting pay: $19.31/hour

Responsibilities:
  1. Record accurately the receipt of products from production or other plants.
  2. Load and unload products to meet shipping schedules.
  3. Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
  4. Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
  5. Perform duties essential to the role, including adherence to attendance and operational policies.
  6. Comply with safety and safety-related policies (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
  7. Physically capable of moving in all shipping areas and exerting force to move wheeled equipment weighing up to 400 lbs over 100 feet.
  8. Capable of stooping, bending, and lifting containers weighing approximately 20 lbs.
  9. Use safety equipment as required.
  10. Meet food handling safety requirements.
  11. Perform basic math calculations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of shipping or related experience.
Minimum Requirements:
  • No formal educational prerequisites, but ability to read, comprehend, and record relevant information.
