Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a warehouse associate in Fort Worth, TX to verify inbound and outbound inventory. You will count loads, maintain records, and enter data in a handheld device while ensuring accuracy at check-in and check-out.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of general experience, and basic math and computer skills. Forklift certification is preferred; injuries and safety are prioritized in daily operations.

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: 10:00 AM - Finish / Monday - Friday

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $16.49 to $20.48 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure load accuracy at check in and check out by physically counting.
• Maintain required records.
• Enter inventory data in handheld.
• Visually inspect all incoming and outgoing vehicles (including climbing onto trucks and manually opening bay doors).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of general work experience required.
• Prior warehouse/inventory/auditing experience preferred.
• Strong math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Forklift certification preferred.
