Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Valet Driver to operate light vehicles and transport guests around Harrah’s/Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe. You will greet guests, ensure safe vehicle handling, and assist with luggage and routing to Bell Desk.

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic English proficiency, and the ability to memorize routes and procedures while maintaining high service standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• 6 months of experience as a professional driver is preferred.
• Fluent and literate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, upbeat manner and provide excellent guest service.
• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently with various controls and transmissions.
• Transport Harrah’s/Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe guests in automobiles, light trucks, and two-axle vehicles.
• Handle guests' luggage, including tagging, loading/unloading, and routing to Bell Desk.
• Inspect assigned vehicle at the start and during each shift and address safety hazards.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for operating light vehicles in transporting Harrah’s/Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe guests and/or items to various locations.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Greets and welcomes guests in a friendly, upbeat, and positive manner utilizing Own the Moment.

Operates vehicles with a variety of controls and transmissions in a safe efficient manner.

Drives automobiles, light trucks, and other two-axle vehicles in the transportation of Harrah’s guests.

Handles all guests’ luggage including tagging, loading/unloading and routing to Bell Desk.

Watches for guests within the attendant parking area, and courteously explains the area is open only to authorized personnel.

Inspects assigned vehicle at the beginning and during each shift.

Alerts to any safety hazards within the vehicle.

Washes, detail-cleans, polishes and waxes their assigned vehicles.

Drives overnight extended trips that will require irregular hours.

What You Will Need

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

6 months experience as a professional driver preferred.

Fluent and literate in basic English.

Ability to write legibly.

Ability to memorize facts accurately.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.

Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Auditory range must include immediate environment.

Ability to hear, talk and have good close/distance vision.

Ability to walk, stand, sit

Ability to load/unload luggage, push/pull luggage carts

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Manual dexterity including tagging luggage, handling various keys, knobs, levers and buttons.

Ability to work in various temperatures and weather.

Must be able to work in a “smoke filled” environment
