Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for multiple simultaneous live chats with customers to assist them withinquiries and later on convince them to provide their contact details.
• Understand the main concern of the customers.
• Use the appropriate script and canned message.

Preferred Skills

• c) Detail-oriented and enjoys problem-solving.
• d) Skilled in using new software and technology.
• e) Willing to put in the time and effort to produce quality work.
• f) Must be able to multitask and handle more than two (2) chats at a time.
• g) Excellent typing skills, a minimum of 35 WPM with less than 5 errors
• h) Self-starter who takes the initiative to learn more.

Requirements
