Job summary

ConGlobal is seeking skilled Chassis Repair / Maintenance Technicians to support our container repair operations in Wilmington, California. This hands-on role covers trailers, chassis, and containers, with emphasis on safety and roadworthiness.

Starting pay ranges from $20.12 to $24.41 per hour for a full-time, day-shift position, Monday through Friday. We offer medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k), paid training, and clear opportunities for advancement within a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

Experience in chassis/trailer/container repair and maintenance.
Basic welding skills preferred not required.
Knowledge of brake systems, lights, tires, and framework.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
Must have basic set of hand tools.
Must pass a pre-employment background verification and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance on chassis, trailers, and containers.
Diagnose and replace or repair lights, tires, landing legs, brakes, and framework.
Conduct minor welding and fabrication as needed.
Inspect equipment to identify issues and ensure roadworthiness.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Follow safety procedures and comply with industry standards.
Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
