Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring immediately for a full-time Chassis Repair / Maintenance Technician at our Wilmington, CA location. The role involves hands-on maintenance and repair of trailers, chassis, and containers to meet safety and operational standards.

Starting pay is $20.12–$24.41 per hour with a day shift, Monday–Friday. The job requires experience in chassis/trailer/container repair, basic tool use, and a valid driver’s license; welding skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in chassis/trailer/container repair and maintenance.
• Basic welding skills preferred not required.
• Knowledge of brake systems, lights, tires, and framework.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment background verification and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on chassis, trailers, and containers.
• Diagnose and replace or repair lights, tires, landing legs, brakes, and framework.
• Conduct minor welding and fabrication as needed.
• Inspect equipment to identify issues and ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with industry standards.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
