The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of chassis experience, FMCSA and brake certifications, welding skills, and the ability to work shifts including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of trailer/chassis mechanic experience.
• FMCSA and brake certifications required.
• Welding MIG/ARC and torch use knowledge.
• Familiarity with AAR, IICL and DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair chassis defects and systems.
• Repair ABS, air brake systems, wheels end and structural assemblies.
• Weld and fabricate chassis as needed.
• Log work orders using a mobile app.
