Job description

The future of work is being built right now — and you could be the one leading it. At JPMorganChase, we are investing boldly in transforming how our people work, how teams are organized, and how technology and human capabilities come together to deliver for our customers. This is your opportunity to shape that future at one of the world's most influential financial institutions.

As a Strategic Initiatives PMO and Workforce Agility Program Director within Chase Home Lending, you will lead the firm's most consequential workforce transformation efforts across all Home Lending business teams while overseeing the Strategic Initiatives PMO that drives planning, execution, integration and adoption of high‑impact strategic initiatives. You will directly influence how work is structured, how AI, automation and emerging technologies reshape work, organizational structures, and customer experiences, and how our teams are positioned to perform at their best. This is a high‑visibility leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, people, and technology — and your work will have a direct impact on the organization's performance and bottom line.

  • Partner with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders to align workforce agility priorities with Home Lending's long‑term strategy and financial objectives.

  • Lead workforce impact assessments to identify role, capacity, skill, organizational, and leadership implications associated with transformation initiatives.

  • Partner with HR, Employee Readiness, Communications, and business teams to coordinate workforce readiness strategies that enable successful adoption of future‑state operating models.

  • Own the Strategic Initiatives PMO portfolio across Home Lending, providing a centralized hub for program oversight, coordination, and support.

  • Establish and maintain an integrated view across strategic initiatives, including plans, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and risks, using consistent program management methodologies.

  • Drive planning and execution of complex strategic initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables aligned to business and customer needs.

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, translating complex operational challenges into structured and executable programs.

  • Manage and develop program staff, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
