Our AGM roles are fantastic opportunities for continued growth in retail leadership, home office and/or roasting plant positions.
Assistant General Managers are members of the store’s leadership team and use independent judgment to oversee key aspects of Philz company initiatives, financial results, store operations, and team member development, including areas such as:

A reasonable estimate of the starting base hourly rate for this role is $29.00 - $33.00.
