The Stepping Stones Group in Exton, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our full-time team serving students in educational settings. You will implement behavior plans, provide one-on-one support, and collect data under supervision.

Competenze

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.

What You'll Do:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor
• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in educational settings
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and documentation
• Support students in developing social, communication, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success
• Help create positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
