Position Summary

The Charter Operations Financial Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of invoices and billing for high-value clients. This role includes running financial reports, collaborating with accounting, and analyzing the flight department's financial performance to support leadership decision-making.

This position plays a vital role in the client experience of the Charter Department, managing billing, invoicing, and payments related to clients' aviation assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the department.
  • Maintain positive relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing with clients, owners, brokers, and flight crews.
Skills and Qualifications
