Job summary

Holiday Coach Company in Michigan is seeking Experienced Charter Bus Drivers to operate our fleet for corporate events, school outings, and private charters. You will transport passengers safely, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain logs and vehicle readiness.

A valid CDL with passenger endorsement and 2+ years of experience are required, along with a clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial buses or similar vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate charter buses while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and offering information about routes and destinations.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch regarding schedules, routes, and any changes that may arise during the trip.
• Handle emergencies and unexpected situations with professionalism and composure.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bus interior, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of trip logs, mileage, and passenger counts.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
