Job summary

Krapf Group is seeking qualified bus drivers to provide daily transit of passengers per contract requirements. Candidates must hold a CDL Class B license with passenger endorsement and an airbrake restriction removed, pass DOT medical, and meet safety standards.

Positions include 10–12 hour shifts, weekends and holidays on rotation, with opportunities to operate transit or coach buses across routes. Training and safety meetings are provided, and the company emphasizes service and safety in daily

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class B license with passenger endorsement and Airbrake restriction removed.
• Must meet DOT medical/physical requirements and drug testing.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle, criminal history, and child abuse history records.
• Willing to work 10-12 hour days, 3 days a week (part-time) and 4 days, 10-12 hour days (full-time).
• Schedule includes weekends and holidays on rotation.
• Ability to manage passenger behavior and emergencies safely.
• Able to load/unload wheelchair passengers and operate a lift.
• Must complete required IMG training and recertification.

Responsibilities

• Comply with federal and state regulations for commercial vehicles.
• Safely operate a transit or coach bus on assigned routes with professionalism.
• Conduct DOT-required vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Maintain route sheets and adhere to time/mileage requirements.
• Ensure passenger safety and manage incidents per company procedures.
• Coordinate with dispatch and report injuries or accidents.
• Keep the vehicle clean and fueled according to standards.
• Attend safety meetings and training as required.
