Qualifications

• 2 Years CDL Experience with Passengers (Required)
• 2 Years Experience Driving Coach Buses (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Clean Driving Record
• Strong knowledge of DMV area and routes
• Proficient with Hours of Service, Vehicle Inspections, and Trip Details apps
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor
• Problem-solving and decision-making to manage itinerary changes
• Excellent communication with clients and staff
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance in transportation
• Willingness to work extended hours and handle emergencies
• Driver as front line and face of the company

Responsibilities

• Operate large passenger vehicles (Van Hools, MCIs) safely and professionally.
• Uphold DOT compliance: HOS, drug/alcohol testing, inspections, licensing, medical certification, recordkeeping, violations.
• Plan routes and use GPS/maps to ensure timely arrivals.
• Provide courteous, helpful passenger service and assist aboard/deboarding.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and maintain passenger safety.
• Assist with boarding, luggage handling, and related duties as needed.
