Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (Home Care Supervisor) to lead our Personal Care Team in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areas.

This full-time role emphasizes clinical leadership, patient advocacy, and community impact without weekend on-call commitments. Eligibility requires an active VA RN license (compact accepted), a year of nursing experience, and an associate degree or higher.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Virginia (compact/multi-state accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year in a nursing role; LPN-to-RN pathway acceptable.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work across teams.
• Reliable transportation for home visits and comfort with technology.
