Purpose or General Objective: To process all donated wares for stage or shipment to stores
Essential Duties:
Continually process donated wares per company standard Must be able to sort wares and put in appropriate area, either cart or gaylords for storage or shipment Regularly prepare shipment for store orders Ability to sort and identify ShopGoodwill items Fill out appropriate paperwork as required Maintain a safe and orderly work environment Follow safety procedures and report injuries and safety hazards Maintain good housekeeping skills including sweeping and cleaning work area at the end of shift Maintain a level of processing performance of at least 10 to 12 carts in an 8 hour shift Ability to work productively without close supervision. Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with all employees, participants, customers and consumers working with and for Goodwill Industries.

Other duties as assigned by the Charlotte Plant Supervisor, Transportation Supervisor, Operations Manager, Retail Director or Vice President of Retail and Donated Goods.
