Superhero Fire Protection is seeking a Sprinkler Technician in Charlotte, NC. You will install, inspect, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems across commercial, residential, and industrial sites, ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on sprinkler experience, knowledge of NFPA 13/25, and the ability to read blueprints. A Journeyman license is a plus; a clean driving record is required.

• 2+ years in sprinkler installation or service.
• Journeyman license is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13/25.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial, residential, and industrial spaces.
• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance per NFPA standards and local codes.
• Diagnose system issues and provide expert-level repairs or upgrades.
• Collaborate with project managers, team members, and customers with professionalism and pride.
• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed reports.
• Be the face of Superhero Fire Protection on job sites.
