Overview:

As our Plaza Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and managing the staff. This role plays a key part in ensuring the store meets it’s sales goals and operates efficiently. The responsibilities and duties of this role include the, but not limited to, the below.

Responsibilities:

●Retail Management, including supervision, hiring, on-boarding, and scheduling.

●Store Morale, as it relates to culture and employee / customer morale at the store.

●Pop-Ups, Events, and Store inventory management and logistics.

●Managing Store Inventory, including ordering and back stock / storage management.

●Customer Experience, including engagement and business reviews.

●Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.

●Manage expenditures and strive for efficiency in ordering.

●Ensure accurate inventory transfers and adjustments.

●Create plans to attract and convert in-store customers and meet goals.

●Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.

●Schedule and keep staff accountable, while ensuring store hours are upheld.

●Perform all other duties and tasks assigned.

Helpful Skills:

Physical Requirements:

All positions require interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting. In order to best service our customers, stores and vendors, all employees must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with or without reasonable accommodation.
