Charleys Philly Steaks in Columbus, OH, is hiring Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain smooth restaurant operations.

You will work as part of a team to prepare, serve, and present food with care in a fast casual setting, enjoying wage opportunities, shift flexibility, and chances to advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Acts in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner toward customers and co-workers at all times.
• Performs duties in Basic Stations (cashier, prep, grill, topping, etc) as needed to meet standards.
• Performs effectively and safely with minimal supervision in a busy environment.
• Cleaning in accordance to sanitary standards.
• Frequent washing and sanitizing of food areas, tools, and hands.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned or required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Acts in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner toward customers and co-workers at all times.
• Performs all duties in the Basic Stations (cashier, prep, grill, topping, etc) as needed and depending on store volume, during a shift to ensure that preparation, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste and service of all menu items meet operational standards.
• Performs effectively and safely in an environment where there is constant change and minimal direct supervision.
• Cleaning in accordance to our company's sanitary standards.
• Performs frequent washing and sanitizing of: food areas, food preparation tools, and hands.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned or required.
