Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve positive sales performance
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
• Provide excellent customer service
• Upsell products and accessories when appropriate
• Represent the Clarks brand effectively
• Follow policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Assist in store maintenance and merchandising to create an appealing environment
• Contribute to a positive work environment for colleagues
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, climbing, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 lbs
