Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or better.
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina or pending SC bar results.
• 4–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess new files to plan action, budget, and strategy.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial.
