SG Inc. is hiring an Entry-Level Charity Events Assistant to help plan and run community fundraising events, outreach initiatives, and donor engagement efforts. No prior charity events experience required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• An outgoing, approachable personality and an interest in community engagement.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A dependable, flexible, and team‑oriented mindset.
• The ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, public‑facing environment.
• Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or special event schedules as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the planning and execution of charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
• Support event setup, promotional materials, registration areas, and onsite logistics.
• Welcome event attendees, engage with community members, and help create a positive event experience.
• Provide information about nonprofit organizations, charitable causes, and fundraising initiatives.
• Assist with attendee registration, sign‑ups, and general event administration.
• Support volunteer coordination and communicate with team members to keep activities organized.
