Job summary

Thrivent Charitable is hiring an Associate Gift Planner to deliver charitable gift calculations, communicate with donors and advisors, and document gifting workflows. The role supports life-income gifts, ensures timely processing, and collaborates with Gift Planners and Consultants to optimize the end-to-end donor experience.

The position sits on the Charitable Giving Services team, with onsite work in Minneapolis as needed for team meetings and processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in fundraising or related fields.
• Experience with data management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare illustrations, disclosure materials, and tax packets for life-income gifts.
• Lead workflows to ensure gifts are processed timely and accurately.
• Respond to inquiries from financial advisors and donors.
• Document and enhance workflows related to planned gifts.
• Collaborate with Gift Planners and Consultants on due diligence for gifts.
