This RN role participates in the BJC RN Career Ladder, providing opportunities for professional growth while delivering high‑quality patient care. The position requires RN licensure and 2–5 years of experience, including OB/LDRP, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external candidates.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• Active RN license.
• 2–5 years of RN experience; OB/LDRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates identification and resolution of gaps in care from hospitalization to discharge and into ambulatory care.
• Leads development and implementation of complex care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Promotes evidence‑based practice by participating in journal clubs, applying new knowledge, and disseminating findings.
• Analyzes gaps in practice standards and provides feedback to peers to enhance safe patient care and patient satisfaction.
• Acknowledges BJC safety requirements; maintains alertness and safe practices as a priority.
