Health Wealth Safe is seeking a Charge RN - Surgery to provide clinical leadership and oversight of daily surgical services while delivering direct patient care as a circulating nurse across multiple specialties.

This role emphasizes safe, efficient perioperative care with real-time coordination and hands-on intraoperative nursing. You will lead teams, ensure safety standards, and collaborate to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced operating suite.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California RN license & BLS certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Preferred: OR circulating experience, BSN, CNOR, and charge experience.
