Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
• 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities

The Operating Room (OR) Charge RN provides clinical leadership and operational oversightof daily surgical services while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities as a circulating nurse across all surgical specialties. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant perioperative care delivery, balancing real-time operational coordination with hands-on intraoperative nursing practice.

Required Qualifications:
