Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.

• CPR and BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises nursing staff on designated shift.
• Administers medications and treatments per policies and assists with resident care.
• Provides daily clinical updates to LPNs and CNAs; notifies physician/family of changes.
• Conducts rounds to ensure care is delivered as directed.
• Assists new residents with adjustment and informs them of policies.
