Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure.
• Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, and NRP (for Women's Services).
• Additional certifications based on specialty, such as PEARS, TNCC, ENPC, and unit-specific credentials.
• Ability to obtain specialty certifications within specified timeframes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating and delivering comprehensive nursing care for patients from birth through adulthood.
• Communicating patient status, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership.
• Serving as a resource, guiding, and assisting staff members.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans to meet patient outcomes.
• Promoting health, safety, and ethical practices while practicing in a diverse environment.
• Ensuring compliance with certification requirements relevant to specialized units.
