This is a full-time, night shift position (7 pm - 7:30 am) with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Address operational issues during your shift.
• Provide clinical care as needed based on census demands.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership.
• Serve as a resource and guide to staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a nursing program.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Licensure: Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Two or more years of hospital nursing experience, Bachelor's degree, and advanced specialty certification.
