Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7 pm–7 am), three 12-hour shifts per week. Sign-on bonus available and responsibilities include coordinating quality nursing care from birth through the lifecycle and providing clinical care as needed.

You will communicate patient care and staff concerns to leadership and act as a resource for staff. Required RN licensure in Georgia, BCLS, and unit-specific certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from nursing program is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, including operational issues during the shift.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serves as a resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
