Mercy seeks a Charge Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered nursing care using theoretical concepts to guide decisions. The role requires completing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with professional standards.

Education must include an RN credential (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) with an active license in the relevant state or compact. A range of critical care certifications is expected to support units across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure with ongoing maintenance as per state requirements.
